close to Badrinath temple, rooms are ok, it is little away from main road, in a narrow lane , ,small parking is available, bathroom are just ok.hot water some time dose not come in washbasin, for bath the hot water was available. 3

bad experience
The hotel is just a cemented property at the back side of main road with conjusted lanes and there is no restaurant and the kitchen so you have to order the food from outside the staff tried and cooperated but many problems were beyond their control plus there is no ventilation in the room and you have to breathe the most horrible fumes of their generator overall very bad experience.

Regarding your comment "just a cemented property', we would like to mention that virtually every propery in Badrinath, or anywhere else for that matter, is a cemented one. How can we we construct a building without cementing. We are indeed sorry for the incovenience caused due to our restaurant being temporarily non-functional albeit we would like to add that there are numerous restaurants within walking distance of our hotel. We guess, the DG set must not had been running inside the room, so we cant make out as to how you had to inhale the DG fumes particularly when you are claiming that there is no ventilation in the room. Worst experience
We booked 1 night stay earlier, again we booked 1 night extra on earlier day so resulted in double booking vouchers in same hotel. Hotel manager changed our room for different days. Despite our booking was for big room. They provided us small room on different days. Also hot water taps was not working properly in very chilled climate. We had to contact the staff again and again. I want full amount refund for such worst experience.

Jai Badri Vishal, respected guests, we fail to understand your grievance in as much as there is nothing like a big room or small rooms except there are Double Bedded/Triple Bedded Room or Four Bedded Room. You yourselves have stated that you booked afresh for another night, so double booking voucher is inevitable. Furthermore, had you not been satisfied with the room, why would you have booked it afresh in the first place. You booked a room for another night in the property even after staying the first night. Under these circumstances it is extremely hard to believe that you had the 'worst experience' as have chosen to you call it. Stay blessed.
Cozy little place with amazing coffee!
Seems unassuming at first but a very comfortable cozy little place with staff eager to help and make the stay awesome for you. Only con is that they don’t serve food otherwise it would have been amazing. However that’s good too since it gives you a reason to explore the eateries nearby. Manager is very helpful but they don’t have an intercom only a mobile number you can reach him at. If they can get an intercom installed it would be very good. Cleanliness too can be improved but given the harsh climate I think it’s tough to maintain perfect condition all the time. Even so if you leave the keys with them when you’re out, they do a very good job with the room by the time you’re back. They don’t have a balcony but the view of the snow capped Himalayas from the window in the Mountain View rooms is amazing!! They have a parking and also are very near to the bus stand. Recommend it!

IN THE ABSENCE OF ANY SKILLED PERSON IN THE TOWN TO RECTIFY THE MALFUNCTIONS WE ARE COMPELLED TO DO WITHOUT IT DESPITE HAVING INVESTED IN THE ISTALLATION OF INTERCOM SYSTEM. WE HAVE NOTED YOUR OBSERVATIONS REGARDING CLEANLINESS AND WE WILL CERTAINLY WORK TOWARDS IMPROVING THE SAME. AS YOU HAVE ALSO POINTED OUT THAT EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE NO BALCONIES, HALF OF THE ROOMS DO PROVIDE BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF SNOWCLAD MOUNTAINS. THANK YOU SO MUCH, STAY BLESSED.

Hotel Laxmi Divine is good for budget hotel. Enough parking space. Close to the temple. They need to add in house restaurant for convenience of the guests.

Terrible Stay
One of the two rooms was having problem with the Geyser and Toilet Flush, the other room was not clean and the room freshener was sprayed in excessive quantity.

No hot water and there was no provision of the room heater. It was a terrible experience.

As regards the supply of hot water we reiterate that we do provide hot water normally but sometimes due to power outages the geysers can not function which is well beyond our control. However, it happens very rarely that the electricity supply is out of order for a long time. As regards the room heater, it is not amongst our promised services and moreover it is also not possible to run the heaters due to power issues. However, we compensate the same by providing as may quilts & blankets as desired by our guests. Stay blessed.

Jai Badri Vishal, respected guests thanks for your appreciation. We understand your point of accommodation being at a higher price but let us make it clear that the shrine is open for six months only and within those six months we get average occupancy of 30 days at the most as the real season lasts for around 45-60 days only. As such, it is a financial compulsion to keep the prices at a threshold level below which it is not viable for survival. We hope you will appreciate our perspective. There is some issue with Google maps that doesn't show the easiest way. But Indian Oil Petrol pump is the only one in Badrinath and that should be a helpful landmark to access the hotel which is in close proximity. Stay blessed .
Room neat & clean but not worth the prices
Decent stay but costly based on the rooms & hotel, also no direct view from room as mentioned and not exactly on the main road slightly inside. Also the make my trip number doesn't work

Jai Badri Vishal, respected guests, we acknowledge your concerns but we have repeatedly explained why providing accommodation below the present tariffs are not viable in view of the thin period of occupancy of not more than 30 days in a whole year. It is a financial compulsion. We do not seem to have mentioned direct views from all the rooms in our hotel although the rooms facing towards the main road do provide nice views. And of course, the hotel is around 15 to 20 meters away from the main highway. We have provided three mobile numbers which we always try to attend. However, there might have been a network issue etc that you could not connect with us. We'll certainly take more care in this regard. Stay blessed.

familyRoom was too small to accommodate three persons and bathroom was leaking badly, however, staff were nice. In short it was costly but below average accommodation

Jai Badri Vishal, Respected Santosh Kumar Ji, As I go through the Oxford Dictionary, I find the meaning of 'looter' is "A person who steals goods, typically during a war or riot. I wonder what goods we stole and where there was a war or riot that led you to term us 'looters' . I fail to comprehend how arranging and managing accommodation in a remote frontier Village for a declared consideration can be termed as 'looting. I see that you had booked a Triple bed room which has one Double bed and a single bed. I also fail to comprehend how this much bedding and space is not enough for three persons. As regards the leaking in the bathroom we acknowledge these issues do crop up occasionally and we apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. As regards the higher cost of accommodation, we have explained the reasons thereof a number of times that it is on account of the fact that a room gets an occupancy of hardy 30 days' within one year.
