- i paid for the best room but when i was onsite i got a very bad room, toilets seat broken, room was very dirty - everywhere dirty - many other customers also complaining the same

1. Pathetic services 2. No intercom 3. No Power backup. 4.No Proper parking (wasted 1.5 Hr. while checking out. 5. Cleanliness is not at all focus. No change of the Bedding and pillow cover.

Wrost hotel ever.I urge everyone not to stay in that nonsense hotel. The hotel room has no lights.They dont have DG connection. They dont have hot water connection. The staffs are bery rude as well as owner. They dont bother for anything. Waste of money

Restaurant was not working, room service was not there, geyser was not working, water leakage in room.

Room size was small and no wash basin in bathroom

Good hotel, but lacks elevators, so not elderly friendly i believe. Google maps shows incorrect location, but owner guides to the correct location promptly. Lack a kitchen and chef, so one needs to go out to nearby hotels for food. Tea / coffee available. Nice and clean hotel for anyone wanting to do a 1 night stay in badrinath. Is a new place so construction is still ongoing from what it looked like to me.

Water heaters was not working as they said power failure but power was there being a very cold place. Temperature was 10 degree celcius.

There is no restaurant. No breakfast was provided but while booking, we were charged so much for the breakfast. Very dirty, unhygienic hotel. It was rated 4 star, when in reality it doesn't deserve 2 stars even. Very bad experience. There was no water in washroom. Nobody to attend the issues.

Good service overall

Property is near to the badrinath temple, in just 10min walking distance and 20meter from patrol pump and badrinath bus station. It’s a perfect destination for those looking to immerse themselves in nature without compromising on comfort or style.

It's a pleasant stay. Location is good. Food and services are nice. Blankets are available in room.
