the roof was leaking , insects inside the room ,dirty walls and stains on it , windows were leaking water . Bathroom door was curved and broken, bathroom wall was broken.

Nice option to stay in chopta. It’s near to tungnath trek and deoriatal trek. We had great time there and the host was so welcoming.

Extremely small rooms. You can suffocate inside. There was no place after keeping the luggage to even stand properly. Washroom is so small that you have the wall right in front of your face. Staff will keep poking you every now and then. Please avoid this stay. Pictures are a lie. They have mentioned all false amenities. Do not believe anything they mention.

Worst 3 star i have ever stayed

Terrible terrible service lets start from beginning 1- no intercom facility and no body at reception in night 2- kettle not provided 3- hot water provided in thermas there were insects and dirty particles in it 4- bathroom door didnt lock 5- stains on bedsheet 6- very bad smell from blanket 7- insects present in bedroom and bathroom 8 - switch board temporarily fixed with glue tape 9- cracks in walls 10- tap water provided for drinking 11- in the end, if you still want to stay do not book breakfast bcoz all you will get is aalo paratha and poha( third class, as per staff mineral water is chargeable, curd is chargeable and packed drinking water is not available will never book a hotel from mmt because zero support from mmt
