Pathetic, unhygienic rooms, suffocating surroundings, worst ever stay with MakeMyTrip. Average room, foul smells all around the corridor. Very unhygienic smelly washrooms,

the hotel was comfortable but i would like to say that there was no hot water in the wash basin and toilet flush was also not working properly…but the staff was kind enough to provide room heaters to us. thank you so much.

Not meeting the expectations as mm t provides

Hotel management is very cooperative and polite, i actually found this hotel through mmt, the hotel location is hardly 1km from the mandir so it is easy to manage all things.

After 18 hours of hectic and irratic road trips what I was expecting was decent accommodation if not a great stay but landed up check in to a ladge worse than a dormitory. Who is Vipul the contact person mentioned in booking details or the owner who never lifts phone/not reachable the sweet speaking receptionist cum half cooked manager cum manipulation expert dropped me to a small room supposed to one of the best they have he mentioned not sure when they have cleaned that room and the bathroom the carpet was full of cockroach, none of their plugs were working, bathroom don't get hot water and more so there wasn't any heating arrangement, the food was a mess and both myself and my driver have had stomach upset and subsequent health issues, I had therefore decided to check out as soon as possible so although I checked in after 10PM and checked out by 6AM in between was in the temple means I hardly spent more than 3 hours in that room and even that was too much for me to breathe, please never recommend this to anyone unless you make a proper scrutiny of their services, more over that manager manipulated ₹200 while checking in the name of drivers food where as their resturant said all inclusive. Sad to know how they are running such stuff in a site such as Badrinath Dham

Hotel location was nice and food was okay. But i found some issues. Like tv is there but not working. No issue paper in toilet, no bathing accessories. Bedsheets, plow covers and towels are not clean. Hotel charges are more but services are less.

Room was allotted at second floor. We had a 84 years old person in the group. Hotel has no lift facility. It was cold. They denied us room warmer. They did not even had any kettle facility. Brought tea in open, would not remain hot till it arrived at room. The attitude at canteen staff was not courteous. The worst : the bathroom was stinking with sewage foul smell due to some fault in plumbing work. The attached room would also get affected. Due to cold we could not keep the windows open. I vomited twice due to stinking smell. This was a place to avoid and forget. Terrible experience. I paid money for which we can get a 4/ 5 star hotel at any city. Yes. Food quality was below average.
