Review Of Hotel Landmark

Pros- The property is big and car parking is good. Is located around 2 to 3 km from the city Centre. The cons are food is very very bad. Actually dinner madeand it is very costly and not really worth for the money . complimentary breakfast, We went to the restaurant at 8 AM, and breakfast was served only at 9 AM. Kids And elderly People were made were waiting. Poor staff service, when calling from the room restaurant is not reachable. Reception is not reachable. Most importantly, there is no drinking water. We had to go to the reception twice. Remind the supervisor thrice to refill the water. restaurant and Kitchen is very, very poorly managed. The plastic chairs that are there in the room, Really bad condition. The very High amount that is being charged and claimed to be a four star hotel, it is actually not at all at the property. I strongly recommend not to visit this property

Other than food nothing is good, poor maintenance, rooms are not properly cleaned, no service, out of 40 rooms only 3 to 4 members to serve. Swimming pool is terrible, beds, towels not cleaned properly. Toilets and tubs are terrible. Not worth for the cost look for better hotels not worth staying there.

Location and Property is Excellent! Food also Awesome! Only thing toilet came smelled! Apart from this all others fine with family and friends get together

The rooms are not maintained well. Rest rooms needs more attention. Property area is good and lawns maintained neetly. Service is taking more time due to lack of servants.

it was old property. The charge we paid was very high. From the time we checked in, no water available for toilets, we have to call every time when we go to the toilet and inform them to check any issue with water. it was told 2nd floor, but it is again two floors we went up. Hot water took more time and we had to wait for an hour, so we had cold water bath itself. really not worth for the money we paid.

Property is well located but the management is adhoc due to nature of visits being seasonal hence no regular staff for restaurant, housekeeping and security. Very limited resources including F&B so much so that can not get basic coffee / tea. Untrained staff .

The stay was average only, when we travel to hill stations and cold places, the very first requirement would be to have proper hot water supply, which is not fully there. the water was coming very slowly which took 30mins to have half a bucket to he filled with hot water, and we didn knew this earlier, hence it affected our travel plans hence we all including my son who is just 5 years old also took bath in the cold water. and in the night we were facing mosquito issues we asked for coil and they said they will give but no1 showed up. next day they told like it was given to another room. we ordered lunch there, the taste was verygood but it was overpriced. we could have had better food for that rate outside. so overall, the location was great but the service could be improved

A quite place to stay with family and friends. Well maintained property. Needs improvement in food. Parking space for cars.

The stay was good. the resort is quite spacious in terms of car parking, walking, trees, swimming pool, etc unlike another famous resort nearby which had only building, no moving space still calls them resort. The breakfast was simple but the taste was good. even the ordered dinner taste was fine. Everything worked fine during the stay.

Hotel was quite spacious, lot of green space to walk around rooms, neat and clean. Brkfst food taste was good although the spread was limited. I would say the experience was good but not so luxurious, however all such luxurious resorts are charging too much. In such scenario, this hotel is quite good.

Good with almost all facilities except wifi which is available only in the common area. Closer to murugan temple and lake. Except for a few hygienic concerns within the room, it's good to stay.

Badminton volleyball TT and other games, bonfires, evening movie shows were great. One tea 55Rs, average breakfast

The hotel location was fine and spread-ed over large area. But the overall environment looks dull as we planned on new year eve. The rooms are distributed in different clusters and seems isolated at times. The breakfast was included in package but had only limited options with no live dish option. Overall it was average experience.

Great location with all tourist spots within 1 or 2 km. Large parking space and well maintained landscaping. Spacious room with tv, ac, fridge, kettle and large bathroom. However we had to empty 3 to 4 buckets of water to get hot water. Toilet tissue was not available. Food was okay but limited choice. Also we had to wait for more than an hour to receive food after order. Staff were cooperative and helpful. It would be good if they can run a regular kitchen at least during peak season.

Stay was comfortable. Whenever we visit Yelagiri, we prefer to stay at Hotel Landmark. Prime location with easy access.
