Lift not working and staff behave very rudely. next time I hope u better your services. Otherwise room is good.

I stayed 1 night at Hotel Lalita Palace, Chintpurni, and was disappointed. The deluxe room was not clean, windows were dirty, no floor mat, frequent power cuts with no backup, and TV didn’t work due to signal issues. No complimentary food was provided, and overall, the experience was below average for my family. 😕

Place was not well maintained. Toilet was having leakage from upper floor. No remote for aor conditioner. Television was not working. Lift was not working properly.

There was no restaurant as shown. No room service provided. No carpet in the room. Very bad condition in room. No staff was available

Room was nice, hotel is good nearby temple, just got some vibe of old place but overall 4/5 star, parking also available

Nicely built but needs improvement in maintenance & Service. Only good thing is it's located in the vicinity of Maa Chintpurni Devi Temple.

Rooms are bad, amenities are not working, no water, supply in cumbaord, rooms are stinky. No food, communication instrument not available. It is just like hell

Place was very clean and nice good place to stay in the price near to mata chintpurni temple staff was a bit arrogant but overall a good staying experience

Room was decent but very small and telivision is not working. Cracks in walls. Water glass is not proper clean. Blankets too heavy and not so clean.

Stones throw distance from mata chintpurni mandir. Extra large rooms and a shortcut entry to mandir from 3rd floor. Sunlit rooms

Rooms are spacious, but they are not clean, there is no telephone in the room. Tv or led also not working. Washrooms are big but again drainage of water is not proper.

The rooms were terrible, sheets and pillow covers had hair on it, towels were dirty and black even though their actual colour was white. Bathroom was leaking and toilet seats were horrible and broken, we know how we managed. Curtains were torn and attached to each other with safety pins. Glass tumblers provided were dirty and not sure since when anything was cleaned properly at the hotel. Tv were not working. Ac only have on/off feature. We arrived early, even though we were the only guests in the hotel the staff asked for rs. 1000 for early check-in and i am sure he kept this amount for himself and it didn't went to the hotel account. When we complained about the issues, he was completely indifferent to our issues. Ridiculous staff attitude by him. The photos of the hotel are very misleading, so don't go there. Even the window glass of the rooms were broken and stick together by tape.

My parents stayed in hotel and it was good. Food was good and approach to mata temple is excellent. Approach to temple as well as lift is very suitable to elderly people.

The hotel is situated at a prime location but maintenance is poor, the cleanliness, linens and sanitation conditions in the hotel are dissatisfactory, the make my trip authorities should audit such property before recommending. No food or tea arrangement was available in the hotel, no room service, no communication facility. Please check this. The response from make my trip was really appreciating. Thank you

Location good, services and amenities poor. Only one person to attend all room services. None of the tv's operational.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Very close to gate number 2 of mandir. Cooperative and polite staff.
