My expirence is very bad rooms condition is not good and food quality so bad. Overall i am not happy for this property

I would like to say that from today onward s this hotel should not be booked.
It was a very crowded place. People were sitting in front of the hotel and drinking alcohol. There was no provision for parking the car. We had to park the car on the road, the staff was rude, they even charged for water bottles, the generator was not turned on after the power went off at night. There was no fan on the roof and double charge was taken for the food. That's why i checked out a day early.

Staff is good, at good location, service is also good but its expensive as per city.

MR. TILAK RAJ VERMA. The booking deluxe room in our hotel was confirmed . The same was given to you , I was not even ordered for food and drink by you. The hotel staff told me that you did not behave well with our staff. As far as rooms are concerned, you can come anytime and see all the rooms of my hotel to see how clean they are.

Dear Amit Kumar Ji , Our hotel has 24*7 Front Office and service facilities are available . You told us that the room is not locked but my staff tried to lock it and you told them to give me some other room give me a better one which is top class in your hotel. that is why you were refused. Had gone in future you can book L'avenir Premium Room in our hotel. you will feel better .
It's difficult to recommend someone.
The staff were good and cooperative, but the room i got was not worth it, anyone can get the same room at the half price elsewhere. Breakfast was good.

Rooms was in bad condition. Cleaning condition is very bad, white bucket turn into yellow. Shower is not working. Not worth as per package.
