I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The MakeMyTrip website showed that this was an “MMT Assured” property, but the reality was completely different. The room I was given was extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and far below expectations.

Kunal Hotel, Etawah is terrible place to stay Problem of water leakage in room when raining on 6 Sep 2025. also problem of noise in AC, Fan. towels were not clean. room smells, even for starting water heater you have to call reception.

It was very good for me and the staff were also good and helpful in nature and the hotel is well good and the food were also excellent

Good hotel for short stay. Rooms are small but clean. It is located around 2. 5 km away from railway station.

Owner called me and forced me to do bookings and when i refused to do it then he started blackmailing me and for the sake of family i booked hotel and then when i took my family for good nightstay then the owner and mafia hotel staff didn't let us inside to hotel unfortunately he is from my caste (baniya) i am unable to report my issue to anyone

Everything during my stay was really good with cleam room and toilet etc, except that the geyser was not working in the bathroom (though the hotel arranged for a bucket of hot water separately on learning the issue. Also, it would be great if a lift can be added to the facilities for old people to move to and from their room in upper stories.
