hotel cancelled my booking without any prior information and gave that room to someone else who offered more cash... when enquired about the same hotel staff rudely replied aapki booking humne cancel Kar k dusre ko room de diya hai... the staff who talked rudely ... want strict action against the hotel and want you to blacklisted them as soon as possible with imposing financial penalty against him..... revert me on my mail asap...

It was a horrible experience for me. The hygiene was extremely poor and the washroom was very dirty. The entire room had a foul smell, which was unacceptable, especially at this price point. To make things worse, when we entered the washroom, This was shocking and very disappointing.

Complimentary breakfast was not there. Room And toilet were not clean. Ac didn't have standby power.

They didn't even provided water to food and water after calling couple of times. After complaining, they gave silly reason we don't have staff handy today and we don't provide complementary water bottles.
