Review Of Hotel Khetan Palace

Dear MakeMyTrip Team, I had a very disappointing experience during my recent hotel stay booked through your platform. The hotel location was difficult to find—even Google Maps couldn’t guide us properly, making it extremely hard to reach. The amenities were outdated and poorly maintained. There was no buffet breakfast as promised—only a few selective items were served. To add to the inconvenience, during our morning checkout, there was no staff present at the reception. Overall, it was a horrible experience and far below expectations. I request you to please review such listings more carefully to avoid misleading customers.

Very poor service, no active tv, no hangers to put on the cloaths, despite saying, hangers not provided. Breakfast miserable, too much salty

No other hotels present in that area. So they are having hefty charge for 1 day stay. Money minded not friendly

Stayed in the Hotel during my business trip in Katihar. Hotel is newly constructed. It is good to see the same in Katihar. Please keep ironing and its stand in your Hotel. Guest can do at his end and can save lots of time. Designate parking for guest vehicles in Hotel or nearby location. Vehicle parking is a big issue. All the best. Thanks.

The room was well maintained, the food in the restaurant is very nice.
