While having my breakfast i saw rat moving in the serving desk where breads and butter they keep open. Also the brekfast variety is very limited, also they have very poor arrangement for the drivers to stay in the dormatory where they provide big hall with only two fans for everyone.

Room service is good. Staff members are coprative. Rooms are neat and clean.

Everything was good. Had a small glitch at commode flush which was corrected immediately. Food quality and quantity was more than sufficient for one person. Complimentary breakfast was equally tasty.

Best deals for holidays

We had booked 2executive rooms on 3 ed floor. Rooms were not bad. The mm t package was without breakfast. Surprisingly they called all of us in the morning for complimentary breakfast. Be said our voucher says room only, still they said all mm t bookings are with bf. At the restaurant the manager also checked n said your room no 307 n 308 is entered here in the register as complimentary bf. But at the time of check out they said your room was without bf n you gave to pay rs1000 for bf of 4. The behavior of reception staff was extremely rude. Most importantly they did not give any bill or receipt for the 1000 rs we paid for bf. They are practically cheating boarders this way. Not recommend at all.

Rooms are nice but needs some better cleanliness. Good to approach and friendly staff. Breakfast is good but needs some more items in menu overall good experience and can be used again. Best wishes to the team
