I have stayed at this property for 2 days ,it's near from station,rooms were clean and also the room service was good all the staff were polite and helpful,

The property location was just 5mins drive from Indore railway station, premises were neat and clean ,rooms were also good and also room service ,good part is the property has their own resturant in same premises, good stay for official and business trip oerson

1. The reception person of this hotel does not even know which category of room i have booked in the booking.

It was an average hotel with courteous staff and basic amenities.Hygenie and cleanliness was good and interiors were pleasant.

Location is an advantage fr this place. The room is quite good though, but price is on higher side looking at the amenities provided in room. Food is ultra costly. Space of improvement is there.

Location is excellent. Food options are available but only via room service. Good amenities. Quick room service.

The staff was friendly especially the night staff. But the quality of rooms can be better. There was no remote for ac and the cable for tv stopped working in the night. Would give 3 out of 5 rating.

We booked this hotel for two days from 2. 2. 24 to 3. 3. 24 for deluxe room. Rooms were clean, specious with fresh towel and hot & cold water. But bath fittings need replacement. Food was good. Room service was excellent with smile face. So we extended our stay another three days. In budget. Advice to put saving kit in bathroom. Nice stay. Approachable to nearby area.

Dirty bedsheet, poor toilet, no hooks in toilet, issue with flushing, poor room service, overall very bad experience
