Multiple issues 1. Dirty and torn bedsheets, blankets and pillows 2. Mouse in room 3. AC not working properly 4. Geyser not available even if promissed 5. Staff went on holidays in middle of our stay. No food was available. 6. Cramped room with no windows. 7. Food was not upto the mark. Not at all fresh. Not at all suitable for stay. Highly not reccomended. Don't know how you guys added this to your website Spoiling the reputation of Make My trip

Room was clean, staff was good. It will be good if they add food options at booking time. They must need to include complementary breakfast.

Pols carry you own dental kit shaving kit and comb. They will not provide shampoo or mineral water if you continue the stay. Booked premium room but no complementary breakfast. Ac was broken. Food was wrost. Felt like eating plastic rice

Overall like hotel ambience, ac is not working properly also lots of mosquito were there so overall experience is too horrible.

Hotel jyotilok is a decent, well maintained hotel providing quality accommodation at competitive prices. The location is central, right on main jailhata road opposite the bus stand and walking distance to ch-ah mu-ha roundabout. The room and toilet were clean and hygienic, the housekeeping provided clean bedrolls. The morning breakfast is bare minimum limited menu, however lots of eating out options nearby. There was hot and cold running water. The hotel also has power back up. They also provide room heaters and airconditioner installed too. There is no lift available, though the staff told that they are planning to install one soon. Overall, a value for money and a good stay experience for the business traveler.

Staffs were super helpful, hospitality was excellent. Cleanliness is very good.

I can write an essay on this. Anyways 1) poor management. Especially the manager. 2) demanding extra money. 3) asking not to use mmt. 4) room service never turns up with the bell ring. 5) one of my belongings was lost from the room.
