Review Of Hotel Jaya Grand

Overall the stay was good. Location is a little far from the railway station but just next to the APSRTC bus stand. Food is not integrated with the hotel. It is supplied through a restaurant on demand. It doesn't provide a mini-fridge as mentioned in the amenities, also it didn't provide a dental kit. No coffee, tea, milk and sugar packets provided though a water heater kettle is provided. The rooms and washroom are clean. The rooms are a little cozy.

Parking is completely on the last of the build and very congested.

Location is good and rooms are nice except the Bar in the hotel premises which is little nuisance

Good Hotel! Good booking service through Make my trip. Very useful initiative by its founders. I am a regular user of make my trip. Highly professional way of handling. Coming to the stay at the hotel, Jaya Grand was good and I can say, that it was neat and clean. However small things would make its customers delight and give a 5 star rating. 1. I stayed in 304 and I booked two Deluxe Rooms, one for me and another for my brother. We came with our families for a marriage function. In my room 394, the Cot outer cover made of Rexin material was torn completely. It gave a bad impression. But it didn't down my comfort feel. So don't neglect the stay in this hotel. The hotel authorities can address this in a day...I feel... Next, we checked in at 10:30 pm night. The Welcome kit was missing. The centralized AC was superb. Overall good and glad. Courteous staff. Good working lift. Good only. No issues. Those planning to stay here can consider with confidence. I personally love and trust Make my Trip....! Keep doing the best! India needs!! As I went for the marriage we did not avail the food here. So I have no comments. Yet, it's a good hotel indeed.

Room was ok but small in size . room boy is good . In their site they claim they have restaurent. but they have a bar and restaurent only which is not there in morning . they get tiffin from outside. not suitable for families. not at all worth for this price .

The worst hotel ever seen. There is a janatha bar in ground floor. Too much drunken mobs …it’s. It suitable for family travellers. rooms are good and comfortable. And staff were very nice.

The hotel is very close to the nellore bus stand. The room is pretty spacious and they have maintained the cleanliness and hygiene. The linen is also clean. They will provide body wash and shampoo. The staff and the manager are very cooperative and well behaved. Overall a good stay. This is the second time i have booked this hotel.

Location and amenities are good but did not get the food at first go as they hotel said need to go out to buy fro outside only. Even juice was not available and when fought it was bought from outside. Breakfast also from outside

Everything else is good. But they have a local alcohol counter inside the compound. Local people are crowded near the hotel and guest have to go via this.
