all good condition stay in Sai residency in Andhra Pradesh nillore city it's a good facility for the satay

ON BOOKING BRAKEFAST INCLUDED BUT THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED BRAKEFAST AND NOT PROVIDED DENTAL KIT, AND THEY ARE TELLING THAT SIR WE WILL COMPANSIATE 150 RS WITH IN THAT , WHAT EVER YOU WANT WILL PROVIDE IT . AND THEY HVE GIVEN DENTAL KIT FOR 50 RS AND 100 RS FOR FOOD. WHAT IS THE WORTH OF BOOKING GETING NORMAL AC ROOM WITH IN THE COST OF 1200 ONLY. AND ITS COMPLETELY LOSE AND NEAT NESS ALSO NOT THERE. CAN YOU CALL TO ME TO RAKE COMPLETE REVIEW, IAM TRYING TO CONTACT CUS CARE BUT NOT GETTING OPTION TO SPEET CUSTONER EXEGUTIVE. WOREST EXPERINCE

Property is not clean and no room service, and cockroaches is in room. Bed also not clean, no hot water.

The stay was not satisfactory as the beds are not clean had bedbugs unable to sleep night properly it would be good if they had cleaned the room well

Staff was very rude staff ask me 100 rs tip giving 50 rs staff speaking very rude and room is very small and hot water available and tv available and per day 1000rs waste of money and one good thing location is good hotel area vrc

Water leaking, mosquito s, not neet maintaining

During my last stay, room(bed room and wash room) is full of mosquitos and floor is full of dust

The hotel is good and clean and receiving also so good staff is ok. Pols provide good bedsheets and towels

Needed a room for two hours to freshen up along with family and booked this room. We are 3 adults but room was available only for 2 via app. So called and confirmed with the person. Once done booking and reached with family, he asked for extra money even though we didn’t use room entire night and next day morning just for two hours. On top of it his sarcastic / threatening kind of tone - “ who asked you to book for two? I didn’t listen what you said on call” rooms are ugly and broken things. Really small. It’s not cheap compared to room and behaviour of staff. Also the bell boy kept on insisting to give him tip though all he did was providing towels at room. Carried my luggage on my own

Very closer to food junction and center of the city avaialability of bus and auto is awesome

It horrible room is very un hygienic they don't maintain it well
