Third Class service and third class property. The owner and manager's behaviour is very rude and the room is very dirty, using abuse language. Breakfast is not available in this property and They ask for me to pay an extra amount for this. given very bad room. bed sheet is very dirty and no facility proper in this hotel. fully unsatisfied.

BOOKING A ROOM FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY AND STAYING DOUBLE AND THEN LYING AFTER SENDING THE GUEST IN THE MORNING SHOWS YOUR CLASS NOT OURS. YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU HAVE PAID FOR NOTHING MORE. WE ALSO DONT NEED CUSTOMERS OF YOUR CLASS .
Not a good hotel. which you pay higher side.
near the railway station. very small size Room. No lift. they do not serve Packed water A single bottle. never book a room with Lunch Or dinner.. they serve only a fixed menu.. in breakfast they serve only one Parntha. next one is chargeable.

Thank you sir for your valuable feedback. This is a budget hotel for corporates and we serve fix menu breakfast as mentioned online but we don't charge for next one. Guests will also have to understand that we can only provide as per our tariff. Sorry for the inconvenience. Also we have not mentioned any where that we will provide complimentary packed water bottle, you will have to spend for that.

Construction work going on in hotel. Work started from early morning and so sleep was disturbed.

We feel sad that you expected a call for your satisfaction but since it was a paid booking, its understood that you will come and your room was blocked by us. Thank you sir for your valuable feedback. Since we have a pure veg restaurant in house, we don't prepare eggs. So we feel sorry if you were dissatisfied with this aspect but something can't be changed and we have no plans to prepare non veg food here. At the same time we allow outside non veg food to cater to your needs. Hope next time that solves your problem.
Not a good hotel for family
No lift facility in hotel. Rooms and washroom are too small and not maintained. Broken chair. Smelly rooms.

Its really sad that you were not satisfied with us, provided early check in with no additional charges and we gave whatever you asked us but still we feel sorry for your discomfort. Yes we do not have a lift in our Hotel and neither have we mentioned it anywhere as we are a budget Hotel trying to serve our best at economical tariffs.
