What we see online is very different from the actual and staff is also non cooperative. I will never book this hotel. Infact the washroom is a nightmare it was very dirty and there was no shower in bathroom to bath. The Dharamshala is far way better and provides better facilities than this hotel.

Hotel and rooms are renovated but staff and other facilities are not sufficient.

Deluxe room and bathroom size is too small. No ventilation in room so difficult in breathing due to unpleasant odour. It was raining in Bhilwara so only cold water running in bathroom and they refused for hot water. Hotel staff behaviour is so rude. Room services to bad even they took 30 min to provide drinking water after calling at reception. Food was to bad in taste and quality.

Food was delivered in hotel from near restaurant.
This room very comfortable for my opinion.

Room was ok but bathrooms of this hotel need more improvement leakage problem water problem in bathroom please improve your bathrooms rooms looks are good electronic cattle they provide hair dryer press everything is good instead of bathrooms.

Best hotel, no problem so stay without hesitation. All facilities available. In front of bus stand and near to railway station. Food quality also excellent hotel. Staff is polite in nature, service is good.

Poor service, worst experience, I am fully disappointed with make my trip for having such poor hotel in their list ... No care of guest, poor service ... Even I think its total waste of my money ... Poor recommend everyone not to stay here it is same a
