Hotel staff is good but room is not properly mentain cooler is not working properly and tv remote is also not working properly. I have mistakenly booked non ac room I have requested to owner to upgrade my room and I had ready to pay different amount but owner denied my request.

My stay in Hotel Saurabh Palace was not at all a pleasant one, as apart from the staff behavior and the location of the hotel, it was a disaster. There is no sign of security in the hotel. The washroom was not properly clean and the room was not at all clean. The facility of AC was supposed to be there which I did not get. On top of that, the pillows and bedsheets they provided were also not clean.
