The room you booked is normally priced at 900 to 950 taka. There are no accessories of any kind. There is no parking facility in the hotel.

They didn't returned my Rs.1000 and the behaviour of all staff and manager was very arrogant and rude.

Room was not clean, ants everywhere. Complimentary breakfast also not provided after such high tarrifs

Room is written suite. bed is king size. bathroom bigger. shameless. room is tiny. there is a not 2 person is stay on this room. beside bed. a two whole. Rubbish.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and dining at its restaurant. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and the food (Legends of Bengal) was truly delicious.

Need to improve their room service and also upgrade their furnitures in the premium rooms.

I stayed in the cottage, nice experience, hotel is good, very cooperative staff, they serve variety of food in morning breakfast. The location also good. Staff is also good & cooperative.

Room is not upto the mark. Room is small. Curtain is not present in window, so whole night light is coming from the window, I could not sleep well. TV is not working. Commode is defective.

Good atmosphere, staff are good and well behaved. Rooms are also good. Over all good for my side.

We booked an executive room with 2 beds for 3 adult but they provided us with single bedded room which was very dis-satisfactory

I used to stay in hotel is-pat during my to tours in 2007 to 2010 because of their hospitality and food. I came here after 14 years feeling proud to say that still their hospitality and quality of food is best in asansol. Moreover the involvement of cm d mr mukherjee is really commendable. Meeting with mr himadri mukherjee was a lifetime experience. I recommend and wish is-pat international to grow further to achieve another milestone. Congratulations mr mukherjee for keeping your commitment towards highest level of hospitality.

The hotel property is very very very bad.
