The Citi Residenci- Asansol

Room were good and staff behavior is also quite formal & Appling but the food of the Hotel is very expensive according to the Food Quality & Taste, and also expensive according to the Location.

Excellent service,The quality of food is too food ... Location is convenient. It's a great place to hang out with closed ones . Love to go there again

We had clearly booked a double bed, but were given twin beds instead, despite the booking mentioning otherwise. When we raised the issue, there was no proper response or effort to resolve it. To make things worse, there was continuous loud drilling and hammering throughout our stay. Even after repeated complaints, the noise didn’t stop, making it impossible to rest or relax. Overall, it was a terrible experience — completely ruined our stay. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless they improve their management and take guest comfort seriously.

i go this hotel for 4th time and everytime we get the best room in affordable price but the last time i get a room with no window and very pathetic condition ,. every staff behaviour was verry good and polite.. specially exicutive Chef , Miss Receptionist and Sanjiv from service..

The location is little outside the city. Hotel staff is great and very friendly but the place can be maintained better. Breakfast buffet was not that great and can work on maintaining the property better

located on just on highway.. very well maintained.. staffs were courteous. room was spacious.. neat and clean.. highly recommended.

The bedsheets in the rooms were very dirty.

The stay at City Residency - Asansol branch is not pleasant. Very very small rool with Bad Odour. Breakfast menu not upto the mark. The hotel need immediate renovation. Much better hotel available on same range at Asansol area . Food taste is very normal - Nothing to mention about this. only advantage it's on the highway - Towards Durgapur. Huge parking area . Stuff are polite and helpful.

I stayed at City Residency, Asansol and had a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. Basic amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, and TV worked well. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it's a decent place for a short stay.

Property is on the Highway, so there is no confusion with location. Nearby there is toto stand, local movements are much easier. Hotel is full with ammenities, house keeping and other staff are also excellent. Food is Outstanding.

citi recidanci, Asansol location is easier to find , it's location at nigha National Highway. we travel by public transport and dropped in the hotel campus. any one can take buses from the campus for kolkata, Durgapur, Siliguri, Burdwan, Bhubaneswar, Puri, Bankura, Kharagpur etc. As I have observed the hotel citi residenci Asansol is most favorable location. Citi residenci hotel reception service is excellent. all staff are very helpful but the security guard at the door is the most outstanding person and guide full . if we discuss about room , no doubt outstanding decoration work and balcony view is awesome. unbelievable cleaning and hygiene toilet and bath room. The bathroom's all products are fully packed. My Best Experience about the citi residenci Asansol....

1.Food was good . 2. properly was on national highway outside of the town. 3. Ample parking available 4. Room was clean and maintained. 5. Service from Room service need to improve as it took time for delivering the order even after multiple reminders.
