Electricity is going so many times and no back up for ac.rooms shown in pictures are not the same.food is ok

Good food and comfortable stay

First of all the guy in the reception was confused about my booking, he asked several questions that when did u book bla bla and he took approx 5-7 mins. The facility was not that good according to the amount we paid. I requested the guy in the reception that we will check out around 2pm, and i will pay the amount accordingly and the guy was asking to pay extra amount of rs. 1500 no basic amenities given like toothpaste soap etc. Beddings were not that clean. So my experience was average. . No basic amenities like towels, toothpaste and soap etc was given. I requested the receptionist that ill checkout around 2pm. Like extra 2 hours after 12pm and he was asking to pay extra amount of 1500. So i had bad experience. There. Pols improve the service.

I feel like as if i belong to himachal. The owner of the property is very helpful and go out of the way to help you. He treated me like his own family. Thank you.

Good location but no safety protocol followed

The stay at the hotel was very fine, cooperative staff, value for money, nice food, intercomm service too, overall a very good stay at the hotel.

Enjoyed the stay at this Hotel. Staff and service is good. Food was good. Toiletries need improvement. Hotel could provide bottle of water as part of package as is done in all hotels all over India and other places.

The restaurant served us great kebab, sandwich, and chai. The room was clean.
