1.Staff is unprofessional. 2.Rude behavior. 3.Even rooms are not clean. 4.All things are loosen due to on time service not happening i.e. taps partition glass.

The room was not clean well and the number of mosquitoes 🦟 🦟 are in the room . The toilet 🚽 Jet was not working properly

Location of the property is good, however rooms were not quite clean, shower was faulty. Staff interaction was good. Food was decent. View of Dhauladhar range was from the balcony was pleasant.

As booked we reached there there-where no staff to accompany us to our room anyway after getting fresh we called the room service to send mineral water but to be surprised no body come with the water even after so may calls made finally after 2 hrs the staff com with water when enquiry about the delay we found they had only 2 staff for the entire hotel we out for dinner instead ordering this hotel all is to say and suggest don't waste your money in this hotel its better to stay at guest house or anywhere else or ready for the worst and terrible experience during your stay at this hotel

Worst hotel to stay. I had booked breakfast but was not provided. Rooms bed was pathetic. Washroom was dirty. The toilet did not had health faucet. Staff was uncooperative

Average food and service wifi was not working rooms are good but bathroom door handle was broken. These issues need to be fixed

In the morning, i had to check out at 7:30am. The reception was not in a situation to settle the food bills, and there were no water, since 0600 hrs, and it was difficult to get ready for the check out. They didn’t receive calls either. This is ridiculous.

They have the worst room service on this earth. Even a dharamshala is better then them. You will not get orders well in time with hopeless food quality

Staff are non cooperative no pleasant stay no towel no stationary of washroom minimum requirement check in check out very tough one of essential lost during checking

Very bad experience. Poor quality beddings. No hygiene maintained. The manager was rude. Too overpriced for the service provided.

Not good, lift was not working, room fan is not working. Not a good ambiance. Limited menu on breakfast. Better to find some other option.

Location is good but rate wise very expensive not worth paying this much higher amt. Staff is uncooperative. Claiming 3 star facility. But actually not as per requirement. No light backup.

Linen was dirty, had to request to change it. Room was smelling very bad of cigarette smoke, No toilet roll was there, had to ask for it.. Zero hospitality, asked for towel but was never provided. Amenities like water kettle etc were not there. Overall worst experience. Not even worth of ₹1000.

Location was good. Food was also good. Food service was so so. However, room service & amenities was the worst ever experienced in my life.

This hotel is not at all neat abed clean. Restaurant has dirty seats, tables and cutlery. Their cleaning process is unprofessional. Seats and cutlery has stains. We did not get any hot water in bathroom even after complaining. They did not have any clean towel. Their towels were either way too dirty or in torn condition. I had to wait for 5 hrs to get clean towels (which was not fully clean but had to compromise. Their restaurant food quality is very poor. Pickle was acidic. Pizza was a disaster. such poor stay.

The stay wasn't as comfortable and the sheets and pillows were really dirty. No towels were provided by the hotel and the showers didn't have hot water running. The staff created problems during check in as well. Overall the room was big but the service and amenities ruined the experience totally.

Water was not available in the washroom. Bedsheet was torn and charred for drinking water. I went for my convocation and booked a room for my parents. Horrible experience.

Room is not hygiene, not ok to stay. Room cost is not worthy. Totally disappointed
