Hotel Rana Regency

The food was terrible and the service was awful. do yourself a favor and skip it entirely. The food service here is nothing short of a disaster—slow, disorganized, and downright unprofessional. From the moment I walked into the dining area, it was clear that the staff had no sense of urgency, coordination, or basic courtesy. It took forever just to be acknowledged, and even longer to receive any kind of service. Requests were ignored or forgotten entirely, and any attempt to follow up was met with indifference or eye rolls. Room service was even worse—unreliable and consistently late, with no communication or updates. It's baffling how a hotel can operate with such little attention to hospitality. The experience felt less like a hotel service and more like an endurance test. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who values their time, patience, or dignity.
