Good hotel, good & prompt service, homely food, good vibes

Poor service, intercom not working, they shut the power of ac in the morning. Not recommended.

Shortage of staff, not clean properly

Average property. Good food. No safety standard unhygienic

The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent.

Food was good. But overall stay was terrible. Rooms were quite tight and lighting wasn't proper. Kithchen staff was good but attending staff was negligent and manner less. Not recommended.

Excellent customer service from the staff and management. Was astonished to hear the Owner/ Manger was very much concerned about the welfare of the guests and arrangements made for the tour which I personally feel would enhance the reputation of any hotel. I and my family felt at home during our stay at Hotel Ishan Villa.

The breakfast served was pathetic. Though Mr.Vivek was very helpful and kind, the lady in charge was very rude and refused feedback on the breakfast saying the rest of the guests enjoyed it. Considering that the hotel charges 2.5k for a room per night, a decent breakfast with some fruits and good tea is the least expectation. however,the hotel miserably failed on providing this.

The hotel was great. The rooms are really beautiful. The best part was the hospitality of the staff. The food was awesome. Just location of hotel is little out of the city. Me and my family really enjoyed the stay.

Too far away from city, railway station and airport. Pick up and drop facilities not available. Approach road towards hotel is in poor condition. Food & breakfast rates very high. Food quality is not good.

The Hotel location is very poor we reached there after a big struggle. But the hotel is build very tastefully and it's interior is also good, service was also good and cleanliness was also good but the only problem was that the rooms were too small and the price was so high so I didn't find it value for money.

Hotel is far away from main Areas of Amritsar. Difficult to get public transport. To locate the Hotel is bit difficult as it is not on Main road but in muddy bylane. Food and service is OK. Room is on smaller side.

Location is little bit outside of city but it is worth seeing the price and facilities the hotel is providing. Make my trip provided a good discount. Attari border is quite near from here. Room services are also good.
