All amenities are not available room on third floor without a/c very dirty hote no any hotel boy for service bed sheet dirty very smelling room in hotel no minarl water

Not proper hygiene, hot water not coming into the bathroom and blanket having stains on it.

hotel is suvidha all best birthday timely not provide the bill in GST I am check out but will not received till time I request to hotel management give to my bill in mail ID

Very nice place, and staff behaviour was good.

I was not having very high hope for this stay as harda is a small town. But the hotel was better than what i expected. It was clean enough for a short stay. More than the hotel and the stay the staff was extremely helpful. Way beyond my expectations.

I have book 1 non ac room at night and make payment, all done very smooth, nice room with cooler, but inter com land line is not working properly and mobile is not receiving by hotel person

This hotel does not have proper billing system. I paid rs 1247- but i received invoice of 1204- only. The billing staff is not educated and does not know how to create invoice. The hotel doesn't have good management. Even they are issuing handwritten invoice. I didn't received proper gst invoice from hotel. It's a bad experience. Please share makemytrip email id where i will put a written complain on the hotel billing issues. Also i need proper gst invoice. Kindly aarnge

My stay was comfortable and food was delicious. Staff was cooperative and spontaneous.
