    Receptionist of the hotel was not co operative. Initially he refused to confirm the hotel booking. After lots of efforts and showing the confirmation voucher finally he agreed to allot the room. Room heaters were not installed. TV set was without set top box hence useless.
    Initially receptionist refused have booking at the hotel after lots of efforts, finally he agreed to provide the room but room heater was not there. Further the set-up box was not installed with the TV, hence TV set was useless. WiFi connectivity was also poor.
