All the way hotel was best and room was clean but the service given at room was very bad they took 45 minutes to give bottle and 45 minutes to give soup and phone was always engage we have to go to kitchen and ask them for order we can get these room fornear by hotel but because of the name and rating we went here but service given at room was unsatisficed

Front office help is very poor, and we are very uncomfortable when we reach there, so don't recommend anybody for this property

Room was cleaned and well-maintained. Highly recommended. must check once. Food was very testy and inroom dinning experience was good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Hyderabad Grand, Hyderabad, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience from check-in to check-out. Accommodation: The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with all modern amenities. Hospitality and Service: The hotel staff deserves a special mention for their warm hospitality and professionalism. Dinner Experience: The highlight of the stay was the dinner at the hotel restaurant. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes across cuisines Cleanliness and Ambience: The entire property was well-maintained with great attention to detail in decor and cleanliness.

Smelly bathroom, whenever use bathroom sink it was going worst, couldn't even do brush properly

Property was good and house keeping staff was polite.but lady manager at reception was rude to customers
