Review Of Hotel Heera Palace

Firstafall the hotel person not agreed initially to provide the room , Also contact number in portal not active , the front desk person mentioned not working in that hotel, lots of misunderstanding between make my trip team & hotel person , I am very much upset on this regards i will for sure not recommend make my trip to anyone.

The property is distant from the sight seeing locations. No nearby decent hotels. The room is just okay. Cleanliness very bad. No room service. No care taker service. No television in rooms. No phone in room

The rooms are ok, but the hotel is very untidy and has foul smell all over the place. Hotel not cleaned properly, food waste are placed near staircase.

The stay was pleasant, safe, and secured. But basic requirements were missing. No drinking water provided. The facility is in a remote location, so we need to walk a long distance even for tea/coffee or food ! it will be good if these can be taken care of in the future.

Good for budget ac room, 24 hrs. Hot water, kind manager & workers

The location of the hotel was very good. The area around the hotel was peaceful. The room in which I have stayed was spacious and the washroom was clean. The staff behavior was polite. The hotel was neat and clean. I will recommend this property to others in near future. It was really a comfortable stay.

We visited Mysore for a weekend trip with my parents and a 4 year infant. We stayed at Heera Palace and had a wonderful hospitality. The staffs are well behaved, rooms are cleaner, washrooms are clean. The hotel provides hot water 24 hours which is an added advantage since we traveled with kids. It is centrally located and all attractions are in proximity. I would recommend all to stay here and will be happy to stay here in future.

Rooms near by tiffin centre, medical shop, bakery this what I feel good.

Under construction, need more cleanliness.
