The service was not good, TV was not functional and the property was not clean.

I booked a Deluxe Room but facility provide by the Hotel is very poor. Room furniture, TV and Side table is third class.

Best service provided in this Hotel & food is too yummy & good quality. Rooftop restaurant awesome.

No proper sweep and mop done, bedsheets, bed covers and pillow covers were dirty, no hooks in the washroom, glasses were dirty, i want full money refund.

Hotel grove r is located just opposite to the bus stand. The hotel people are nice & helpful. We got a room on the 3rd floor with a small balcony but the view was good. The terrace of the hotel with a lounge is superb. Location - 5/5 room space - 3. 5/5 balcony - 2. 8/5 washroom - 3/5 all over - 3. 5/5

Good affordable

It is very poor service. There is no room facility avaliable. Even morning tea is also not avaliable. There is no phone facility. If you need you have to go to reception and told the problem. It very bad experience. Please do not suggest anymore. We have booked hotel in 25 but we reached 26. He has given my room to another. We have all ready paid 25th july rent.

Mosquito coil ka dhuaa room mai bhar gya, jaidar khidki nhi thi, room baht chota tha as per price. I appreciate manager behavior he allowed us to early check in

Good for short duration of stay. For deluxe room aluminium doors are to be replaced as they won’t control outside noise.
