Review Of Hotel Govindpuram Lodging

Very uncomfortable stay. No hot water. Specified amenities were not there. No luggage assistance, no chair, no sofa, tv not working, intercom not working, no tissue in toilet, no hot water in the tap. Upon request they managed one bucket and that too took half an hour to bring. Ac also upon request they gave the remote and water.

The staff was very hospitable and cooperative. They did not even include extra charges even though our stay exceeded way beyond our checkout time.

Sure it was an amazing stay & the staff was also very polite & supportive.

Room is ok. Hot water not available after 8am

It was very good and staff sanitized the room at regular intervals। Our stay was made comfortable by the staff of the hotel. location wise hotel is in congested area but service was excellent।
