property photos and actual hotel is different. Rooms are dirty and too small that it can't even fit a family of 2 adult and 2 small kids. Washroom is smelly and full of mosquitos. AC doesn't work properly and need to be operated directly from power switch remote does not work.. Hotel owner charged 500 rs extra for AC despite we already paid for the room. hotel was not worth and it was more like a lodge . Max worth of hotel room was 500-600 rs max... Recommending from our own experience and a big no no to family guest..

Hotel is very horrible. area was under maintenance. staff denied to give even one complementary water bottle. Glasses of bathroom windows were broken and anyone from adjacent building can peen in bathroom directly. Car parking was good. Room was too dusty and full ofodour. No electric kettle. This Oyo room especially for the one night standout couples.

Worst hotel stay ever
I booked 2 ac deluxe rooms and ac and tv of both the rooms were not working and the tap in the bathroom was broken also the floor mat and bedsheet was very dirty not at all recommended

Terrible Stay
The hotel is the worst stay i have ever had, it was a business trip for me and when the room descriptions clearly mentioned free wifi, they had absolutely no wifi in the hotel. Nor did they have something as basic as tissue paper when requested post meals. On asking for plates & bowls for meals they gave them dripping with water not even wiped. The rooms are disgusting, smelly and extremely unhygienic, on fighting for it they changed 3 rooms for me with no difference in cleanliness. The sheets are totally unwashed and smelly and had food particles on it when complained about it, the housekeeping guy cried about he being all alone to handle things and just dusted off the food particles off bedsheet with his hands only. The room was full of spider webs and fan when switched on threw dust all over. Worst experience ever. I asked them for a refund within an hour of check in but instead they just kept changing rooms for me. Wifi when requested at the check in itself they have been promising me it's in process for the 2 nights stay i had

Good Stay
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
