At the point we reached the hotel, the manager told us there was no room available in the hotel, they gave us room in another hotel. There were many compromises done with us like there was no extra bed available they gave us one mattress with tear bedsheet. They do not have hot water also for bathing purposes.

Disappointing experience. The amenities listed were nowhere to be found. Essentials like a dental kit were missing, and the hot water supply was non-functional. Moreover, the room didn't match the photos, falling short of expectations. Not what I paid for.

Property is Located in Center of City Near To Mahalaxmi Temple and Other Tourist Places were also Nearby. Staff People were very Helpful But Room was very small and It could be Better if cleaned properly there were spider webs in room . Food is Not Cooked in Hotel. Tea was served to us in morning when ordered. 24 Hours Hot water not available hot water available till 12 in morning. overall we had a memorable trip.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was quite small and cramped. The bathroom was in poor condition—tiles were broken and the overall cleanliness was below acceptable standards. Paint was peeling off the walls, giving the room an unkempt and neglected feel. To make matters worse, the linen and pillow covers were visibly dirty, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, the upkeep and hygiene of the hotel were severely lacking. I would not recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.
