hotel location is well because near by bus and railway station. in food breakfast every items is good. ie. pooha, and chapatti. is very well. in denar I am takes veg thali it's also good.

The location is good, and the food is normal but the service was very poor.AC was not proper running. bathroom not cleaned. intercom phone connectivity not this room so every time it suffered for me.

Lock not working and lock was damage every time call to sweeper for open the door, complain the manager regarding the lock but i am not satisfied for management answer

When i reached the hotel. They even don't know that i have reservation. They gave me a room. Which don't have a key. I waited for almost 45 minutes

Room was dirty. Toilets were not clean. Water leakage was there. The seats provided in the room was dam m dirty and needed repair. What to say. The responsibility also goes to makemytrip. Don't they audit there hotels. On what ground we are paying a hefty amount for such a so called hotel that is even not good as a guest house.

Good and clean place to stay with the tasty foods. Only we have lilo bit location problem, the google map shows the way through railway tracks that is difficult to cross by any 2-4 wheeler vehicle.

The trip was very good. Hotel gomti inn has provided good services. One more suggestion that if anyone comes to hotel for check in after 12 pm then give the check out time after 12 pm for next day.

Hotel should provide liquid mosquito repellent in the room.

Room (no. 101) was clean and hygienic. Observed dampness/efflorescence on one wall. Curtains were not clean.
