Poor Stay
Washroom is not clear and hygienic many insects are in the bathroom no towel’s and soap’s available in the room after asking they given me the towel and soap

Poor services, it's far from the main city, communication is tuff. Less staff, intercom is not working, finishing of the room is not good.

No coordination between hotel and mm t
I booked 2 rooms hotel for my family and paid the total amount when i reached hotel the receptionist a nd manager was completely unaware about the booking and they told us you are with your family otherwise he would have denied the check-in i requested him for rooms and produced my booking voucher but still he was totally unaware about any booking he later gave us two big rooms(each with two beds ) and did not charge any price. Very embarrassing for us and complete fault of mm t

hotel staff was very good and responsive, it was worth staying for overnight stay.. only few improvements .. washrooms were not clean as expected..and also one of the washroom tiles were broken...cleaniless was not upto the mark.. food taste was good 👍
