The services and staffs are all friendly. They are 24 *7 ready for any service. It's very safe to stay here. Every thing is clean. We get filtered ro water. Location to stay is near to bus stand and near to railway station. And also at the middle of the city. I have weary happy and awesome experience here.

I had a bad experience with the cleanliness of washroom. The cleaning staff was not availabe.

Overall it was good. But there was issue of hot water in tap also a bit of pakrkinv issue. Secondly there were no temperature check. Sanitization was done. Location is very crowded. Food is good. Room service is excellent.

Hotel staff was good and polite, rooms were dirty when i entered the room, got the bedsheets changed. Parking area was also far away from hotel. Hope they will improve. Over all an average stay.
