Problem is in Billing. They are unable to provide Our Company GST ID Bill while booking through Make my trip. Make my trip need to ensure the same otherwise it is a big problem like us business traveler.

Bathroom
Very filthy bathrooms. Very shoddy bucket n mugs. The fitting of washbasin taps were not good. No hot water in The evening. Avlb in bucket only once requested. Even during morning shower water is not hot enough. Though staff is very courteous and helpful and good to deal with.

Bad experience
Staff is not co-operative, room not clean I was call to reception 3, 4 times but no one is responding. No cleanliness, a/c not working water is come out for a/c and my whole room like swimming pool no one help. Reception charge food or water bill, which is not I not ordered. Hotel supply alcohol so for family Side not a safe hotel. Food price is very high in fact they charge water as well. I really don't understand who is give them best Hotel award, seriously doubt. Very bad experience, in short waste of money.
