The staff at this hotel seriously lack basic manners and hospitality. They were rude during check-in, ignored requests, and behaved as if they were doing a favor by assisting. I had a very unpleasant experience and would not recommend this place to anyone. The hotel staff behaved as if they were doing me a favor instead of doing their job. Their attitude was arrogant and unprofessional, making the whole experience uncomfortable. Basic courtesy and respect were missing. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for good service.

worst experience. i booked hotel for 5 members in family. they provide just two small double bed in very compact size room. they will extra charge rupees 500 for single mattress. so dirty mattress. no bathroom attached. common bathroom. i will never again go to that room.

Poor experience. Mosquitos everywhere. Unhygienic. Blankets smelled bad. The locality was really bad.

No amenities as mentioned by you, wash rooms are very short and dirty, didn't provided even water, no attached bath room, charged extra money Rs 1500/- for attached bath room

Location: Excellent; just 3–5 minutes’ walk from Raxaul railway station. Very convenient for travelers. Manager Behavior: Cordial and helpful; ensured a smooth stay. Room Cleanliness: Average; could be improved. Washroom Cleanliness: Good; can be improved. Staff Response: Average; polite but not very proactive. WiFi: Very good speed; reliable for work and streaming. Food Quality: Good; can be improved. Overall: A decent budget stay with great location and high-speed WiFi. Room cleanliness and staff responsiveness could be better.
