The hotel is very near to the Border and Raxual Railway Stn. The road leading to the hotel is bit small and congested at time. The staff is polite and supportive. Food was ok.

My Hotel Stay was not worth as per the tarrif, there was no service, no basic toiletries, no towel, Leackage in AC and so on.

This includes hand wash, shower gel and shampoo along with a dental kit and shaving kit if requested by our guests. To promote sustainability we provide the former three items in dispensable forms, a route that is being taken by hoteliers around the globe. Also We do provide fresh clean towels daily . I just stay here for a night for pick up train on next day at 10am. No resturent here.They collect food according order from other resturent. Cleanliness is more over good. Staffs are cooperative. Hotel is near to Raxaul Rly Stn.

Thankyou sir for your feedback ! We call ours a suite room because of size of the dwelling unit . As our suite room has a walk in dresser with a luggage room and a lounge section in addition to a king size bed amounting to 450 square feet. All this overlooking a balcony area.

Thankyou sir for your feedback ! Sir currently we do not have our kitchen so we can serve food only up to 10:00 pm , 9:30 being the last order. For amenities,we have provided shower gels, shampoo hand wash, slippers, dental kit , shaving kit , milk coffee tea sachets along with it we do provide electric kettle and iron on request. If there is anything else that we need to provide we are keen to know as we are new to this industry. Sir we have power back up at our property with a dg set and a double battery inverter to ensure that there is no black out at any point.

Sir, It is extremely disheartening to read your feedback especially after how our staff went out of the way to collect your food and get it packed for your travels. In fact we had upgraded three rooms of yours so that your entire family could stay together. Despite our staff showing sensitivity towards hosting you at our property and being evaluated for a reaction where you were asked to pay for a damage caused at our property is a complete let down.
