Review Of Hotel Dilip

I only stayed there one night so it was okay experience for me. When i reached they had no idea of booking and all but later on they allotted me a room, which was okay only. The door knob was not working properly

Smell room and wash room i will never suggest this hotel to anyone

There was a tv but no set-up box, there was a telephone wire but there is no telephone, there is a jar for complementary water but inside the jar there was cigrate ash that was ass tray i have stay for 2 night i have never seen any hotel like this kind of facilities and behaviour

Good location good food but cleaning is not proper

It is very hard to stay for elderly people. There is no lift, bed is very small etc.

Just dont ever stay at this hotel. Very poor maintenance, 3rd class fooding, no safety at all, you may get contact with some severe diseases as the bedsheets, towels or mattress and pillows are very dirty. No proper curtains.

Awesome stay with family and friends.

Since there was no light in the city on 22-23 oct on 22nd night they were operating on generator till I checked in. But the moment I reached my room the light and fan were put off and no one was even responding to my calls at reception. Overall a very poor experience first time from oyo.

Toilets are dirty, no clean, bed mattress are of 2 inches, very bad mattress condition. Blanket are smelled bad.

Attached toilet not proper maintained. Room dust in too dusty. Room absolutely not clean.

No prevention of mosquito. AC and geyser were not available in room. Room was not as per price.
Room was not as per price. Dirty clothes arranged. Pillow and bedsheets were dirty. Mosquitoes was present in room. There was no mosquito prevention taken place.

Manager sitting in the front desk behaves very bad with the customer. I will never stay in Dilip Hotel again. Service is pathetic.

Surprised. The guy in the counter refused to allote a room inspire of showing MMT booking voucher. They are saying MMT doesn't pay them on them. I was kept waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes till I called MMT customer care. Room was worst. Room service and receptionist behavior was disgusting. Will never stay in this hotel.

Well furnished and spacious room. AC / TV / Attached Bathroom. The beds are comfy. Any additional facility (Gym / Salon) not available. The food and the room service is good. Value for money at the current price.
