It was nice. Couldn't have been better in Jagdalpur

Very helpful behavior of staff specially by Mr. Pavitra. Rooms are ok not so good not so bad. Considering small cities and limitations of maintaining such property I feel the hotel is ok for family stay also. Food quality was good, tasty. Hotel provided me an upgraded room due to mess by another online site booking but in no manner was up-gradation. room was smelly & looks old infact regular rooms are good.

The hotel is not upto the standard, bathroom commode was broken in room. Hotel not upto the mark, overpriced room tariff.

I don't want to say more about my stay at Hotel, because of I was facing trouble at the room due to shortage of light, and others

It was a non AC room and I tried to open the window. it didn't open. The price they've charged and location and the Town it's not exactly value for money. Otherwise the Hotel is OK.

Easy to locate, situated opposite the collectorate. Rooms are tidy with clean linen. A tea kettle would be desirable. Room service is poor as even a cup of tea takes an hour in morning. An parking is also available.

This hotel's location is very good, service is also very good. One of the best hotel in Jagdalpur. I like it very much, hotel persons are also very good. Food is also very fantastic. Always I prefer this hotel.

It is centrally located at Chandni Chowk. Temple is nearby. Staff is courteous. Suggested the travel plan and room was good spacious and clean... Food also sumptuous. Ordered paneer vegetable, dal and tea. Overall impressed.

I stayed there from 2-3/08/16 (one day). I reached around at 10 PM & even I informed them in morning on same day, firstly they have given me a room with separate beds which was a problem for kid, after talking to manager, I was provided a room with AC not working. But as a whole, service, food are moderate and very good. Service is also prompt. I recommend to the tourist to stay in this hotel to have north and tasty south Indian tiffin items. It is the best hotel in Jagdalpur for both family category & for the corporate executives too. Centrally located hotel with best of facilities & amenities. Very good breakfast with best in class veg cuisine food pub. Cordial staff with clean & big room with best in service level.

The hotel located in the heart of Jagdalpur and well known and so one can reach easily either from Bus station or Railway station. I was made to wait for over 10 minutes at the reception counter despite my on line booking & payment well in advance. I was provided with the room, perhaps of they providing the copy of confirmation. On the whole, service, food are moderate and very good. Service is also prompt. I recommend to the tourist to stay in this hotel to have north and tasty south Indian tiffin items. On the whole, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel from the evening of 3rd November to the morning of 8th November.
