Allotted 2nd floor to seniors. No lift. Asked me to contact make my trip. The person performing duty on the desk was be-ha vied very rough. Asked me chillao mat myself staff. All around not good and rough. No drinking water in side the room. My feed back is very very poor and circulate not to stay at rainbow. Thanking you. Amal sanyal.
