Here is what happens.
1) from the entry into the hotel, you have to start doing self-service, from opening the gate yourself, Nobody is there to do it for you.
2) They had offered us room with attached passage got no electricity, that means you have to make use of your phone's torch light to navigate to your room. Hotel staff was saying that you have to stay in the room so even if there is no light inn passage, it's fine. 3) Their bathroom knob was faulty and you have to wait ages to do the needful and beside that they were saying that it needs maintenance, I asked them should I have to do it? 4) Extension phone was there but no one would receive your call
5) AC never worked.
6) Blanket given by them was pricking It's just utter waste and please don't waste your money at this Pathetic OYO level service.
