Excellent services provided by the hotel management. Clean beds and good ac condition.

Harrible experience no electricity for more than 3hrs no one house keeping luggage lifting by us only for 3 floor steps no food available on spot not clean flushing was not working hence actually pay back money should be done we experience a fear of experiencing like stay in some slum

I reached the hotel early, at 9 am. Asked if i could do early check in. Though the rooms were empty, they did not allow. Then i requested, if i could just use their washroom for getting freshen up. I received the answer as no. They also suggested. Use public washroom. This was really insulting. I have health condition and wanted to use washroom urgently. The inhuman and inconsiderate behavior of the hotel staff really astonished me. This is a hotel with new set of management. I think the owner must consider keeping senior person in reception. Later on the hotel owner and other staff tried to show that they were very sorry. But their feelings were all superficial. The management only wants to earn money, they don't have humanity. My work got over in 2 days. I asked makemytrip to cancel my third day stay in the hotel and refund me one day charge. Instead i proposed to pay in 'hour basis' for the extra 8 hours for my stay in hotel. As i am told by the property owner, makemytrip told them only about cancellation of the third day booking and did not tell them about my proposal of paying for the third day in ' hourly basis. I don't know who did what, but both the property owner and makemytrip, both could help me. But both of them only wants to earn mo ey at any cost. Both are not customer friendly. Shall avoid both the crystal orchid hotel in probably makemytrip for my future travel bookings.

Good one very near to main places to south bengaluru jayanagar jp nagar bsk but they have not provided bathroom essentials properly past rush hair shampoo and i was not provided breakfast

The hotel was clean and tidy. Location it just perfect. It's 2 minutes walk to metro. The surrounding area is clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful

No management no staff no service no one is on reception. One of my worst experience will never suggest anyone and will never visit again

The hotel didn't had any room service nor a restaurant to order anything

Nobody to check us in, nobody to clean the room, nobody at-check out, breakfast brought from outside.

It's a hotel cum convention hall. Service is not good. Limited breakfast.

1. A person was not available at the reception. A simple water bottle was not given for each day. The water heater was very slow and could hardly get hot water in the shower. The tv/ac were non working.

Bathroom not properly cleaned. No house keeping. The room service telephone doesn't work. And last night people were making noise even after midnight and again started early morning. They didn't even remove the waste from the room.
