1. Property location is very good. 2. Rooms are very small as compared to the charged amount. 3. Hot water not available in the morning. Bathroom is very small.

Although my stay at hotel cool river was for just half a day. Yet i have nothing to complaint on any aspect of hotel

Booked cool river thinking of good standards. Rooms were stinky, filthy smell, washroom condition is pathetic, smoke smell coming into room. Never ever go to this hotel

The service is very poor, we are staying with the family but the local police came to the room early in the morning as if we were hiding a big criminal, it felt very bad. I felt that it is not safe to live here, whether as a family or as an individual.

1. I requested hotelier for the early check-in, they did not honored. It's better to arrive hotel after 11 a. M. Only. 2. If you check-out early, it's totally your responsibility. You are not going to get any refund. So, better either use full time as per booking or don't book at this property.

Hotel was so old and it not maintained properly, we get old rust, and kind of old smell in rooms and bathroom too. No proper parking area

The rooms are okay. But they won't provide the complimentary breakfast as mentioned even after i asked for it, i was able to get breakfast only 2 days out of my 6 days stay. On the 5 day of my stay water leakage filled the floor with water since they said no other rooms are available, i adjusted and stayed in the same room for another two days. That's fine untill you are treated with respect. On the night before checkout i asked them to calculate the remaining amount need to paid since i extended my stay by one day because my flight got cancel-led and i also have used their laundry service. They asked how many days you got breakfast i said 2. The person on charge on that night called and checked this with the another person, and he said 3, i said only 2. For that the another person raised his voice tone and said there are cctv cameras, i will show you the footage while talking to me on the call. He is saying that i am a lier. The point is why i have lie for a 50 to 100 rs breakfast while my company is paying my for the entire expenses of my travel, stay and food. But the person on duty apologised for his behavior and words, and he is the one who is on duty on those two days i got breakfast and he is a very kind person. The other person is such a rude person, he behaved like that even thought all the mistakes are on his side. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel is not worth the money you pay.

The hotel had no proper working facilities and not good service, not worth the money. The selection of the hotels in vizag are not nice. . The hotel was not good at all, no proper working facilities aur services, the room was not upto the mark, the stay was not worth the money and the pictures that were shown.

I found the property location on makemytrip app it’s very near to airport and connects all our basic needs nearby

1. AC is switched off at the reception.2. Towels are not replaced until you plea.se them.3. Housekeeping in not done. Our dustbins were also not cleaned. 4. You can stay here if you are expecting to just sleep. 5. No Blankets will be provided. Only quilts will be provided.6. The person at Reception, Mr. is rude. Please be cautious.
