Review Of Hotel Classio Inn

My worst hotel experience. The first person at the reception desk had to call multiple people to confirm my booking. After that, I discovered there were no towels in my room and no telecom in room. I went to the reception more than five times to ask for a towel. After five hours, I called customer care, and they finally gave me a used towel. The washroom was dirty, and there were cigarette butts all over the room.

They didn't assist the guests, and they didn't provide towels. So i partially like.

Room is clean. I book ac room where ac is present but not usable in winter but room is cold so if room heater present in room then good for traveller like haldwani type cold area. And also improve the quality of blanket. Bed is good, all is good but remember kitchen/restaurant is not present in hotel.

The hotel administration takes special care of its guests, and the items demanded by the guests are made available immediately. In the end, i would like to say that if we ever come here again, we will stay in this hotel. Thank you.

Not good room service

It took time to find property, internet wasn't working in wifi, the room smelled a bit, could've been less expensive

Nice stay. Must try, cooperative staff and facilities are also good. No food available so arrange by yourself. Cutlery is provided by the hotel.

Located at centre of the city hence everything is very approachable. Hotel staff was extremely cooperative and having very good behaviour. Budget friendly hotel with satisfactory facilities

I find the hotel through google search, i found this is a good hotel to stay near haldwani bus stand. Very nice stay
