Worst management. For requesting anything, you will have to remind repeatedly. Be it room service, asking for extra towel, pillow etc. Also, the windows are designed in such a way that flies enters the room every evening due to lights being on. Not vaastu compliant also. Head position of the bed is towards north.

stay was quite good. staff were very cooperative. foods wasalso good. the only issue was the size of room. it was not as per specification i.e DELUXE. rooms were lil small and amenities in the room were less in comparison to requirements. but overall the stay was satisfying.

The hotel's infrastructure is excellent and high quality materials are used for rooms toilets and staircases. Lift is available. Talking about food the hotel also has a restaurant and quality of food is also good and the atmosphere and structure of restaurant is also good however some dish are a little overpriced. Rest everything is fine and most importantly every staff behaviour is impressive you can say it is the best choice by the owner for keeping the staff like them whom I met.
