poor restruant service poor quality toiletries
buffet spread is very poor, they have rapped up by 9.45 ,do have the courtesy to serve the guest , toiletries are of poor quality, not worth the money they charge ..

Ac remote is not working. After room daily service, staff not locked my room and opened carelessly. Morning breakfast is not good.

Average Stay
We took 4 rooms for 2 days. Need to keep up. Service needs to be improved. Breakfast food was very monotonous. Same food everyday. Bathroom - shower position is placed very poorly. Because of which bathroom is wet always. Room is ok. Reception service needs to be improved a lot. Location is gud. In the Outskirts only.

Very small dining room. Hotel was full and they couldn’t manage. Better hotels are available in Tirunelveli for this rate. They charged 3800. Staff was really rude.
