Bad stay at copper leaf hotel
Booked a room for 2 days and the hotel gave us sleepless nights with terrible sounds going on the top floor. Reception had inexperienced people's and no manager available to reach out for midnight complaints. please do not make complete payment and check into the hotel. if you are dissatisfied, you will not be able to leave this hotel as customer service is very bad. once you have sleepless nights , all planned activities during day has spoiled mood

Overall was a good stay!
It’s a new hotel, I was staying with family for first time, location wise was closer to highway can drive to Kanyakumari or Tutucorin or Tiruchandur. Nice two veg and non- veg restaurants and cool bar in the same building don’t have to run around for food, quality & taste was good. We booked two rooms, wasn’t that spacious you can expect from town like Thirunrlveli, not sure it’s European style design! Not much of hotel staff! Not a welcoming smiling faces, I think hotel management need to learn bit more hospitality! Overall it was good stay!

i stayed at this hotel for 4 days iam sharing entire experience pros & cons
I stayed at this hotel for 4 days, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The reception staff were not at all helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. Their attitude was irritating and made check-in and queries frustrating. The room was very compact and not well-maintained. The AC wasn’t working properly, and surprisingly, there was no fan in the room despite frequent power cuts, which made the stay uncomfortable. On the positive side, the food was average but the food service staff were polite and cooperative, which was the only saving grace. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless serious improvements are made in customer service, room maintenance, and basic facilities.
