I stayed at this hotel for 4 days, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The reception staff were not at all helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. Their attitude was irritating and made check-in and queries frustrating.
The room was very compact and not well-maintained. The AC wasn’t working properly, and surprisingly, there was no fan in the room despite frequent power cuts, which made the stay uncomfortable.
On the positive side, the food was average but the food service staff were polite and cooperative, which was the only saving grace.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless serious improvements are made in customer service, room maintenance, and basic facilities.
