excellent 👌… hygiene rooms and super staff

The stay was good, and the staff was very welcoming and responsive. This time, they even came to check on the house cleaning, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying experience.

Property location is easy is reachable and food there no restaurant for them but room boy will helps to get food from outside. Amenities are there but after ask it was given and same with room service after ask cleaning was done. Overall stay is good

I never seen this kind of legginess and rude behaviour.rooms are fully smelled and not clean.

The basic amenities are lacking, and the hot water is not functional.

Breakfast provided is not good need to register complaint

Management is good and polite, but the room is average and the bed sheets are very dirty

Stayed for 2 days for a marriage event. Room is very spacious, clean, spacious sitting area, comfortable bed, clean bath rooms. Have kettle and milk powder etc for cofee & tea. Wardrobe to keep clothes. Good place to stay considering cleanliness, size of room, amenities and accessibility to city center

Stay at hotel blue moon, nellore 11. 08. 2024 1. Properly cleaned and spacious room 2. Comfortable bed and sufficient luggage racking space 3. Sufficiently lit up room which was facing the city/ road side

The sink had water blockage. The shower area had water blockage. The a/cs remote wasn’t working. There were no toiletries kept - had to ask for it.

we stayed here for 2 days in executive suite. here is my experience: 1. in one room, AC is not working. So, I asked and they changed room. Now in new room, Out of two fans, one is not working. Complaint given, but no action taken. 2. Second day, they charged for water bottles which were actually a complimentary. 3. Funny thing is, in washroom, no cold water. Both taps and even washbasin gives hot water only 24hrs 4. Washroom provided with bad quality Bath soaps and 1 rupee clinic plus shampoo packets. 5. very poor maintenance.

Location is easily reachable from highway. Amenities are very nice. Room ambience is good. Cleanliness is well maintained.

Decent rooms, suite is spacious but a single room. Private car parking is a problem since location is on a very busy road. Complimentary breakfast served is very good inspite of not having inhouse restaurant. Overall a decent option with spacious and comfortable rooms. Family accommodation may not be liked by many.

Hotel is in good location. But there is secured parking for 4 wheelers. Maintenance is reasonably good. But there is no attached restaurant

Facing worst experience every 15 to 20 min power will off automatically on that time we want to remove the key and place it back the power will came and oft-er 20 min the same situation repeated
