Food is good . Rooms are average . Very good staff behaviour. Overall a good experience.

Very clean and loved the aesthetics, and prompt service

They have a centralized air system ama they switch off AC during night. Even after repeated calls no response. on top of it they put a cooler in my room saying that is the best they can do. Bathroom water leak. Bathrooms have only glass partition with room.

The room is good , but the AC was switched off or kept at higher temperatures in the night even we adjusted the temperature in the room it is hot

Location is prime but the rooms are very small compared to the paid price.. apart from that everything looks fine

Actually I feel very comfortable during my 2 days of stay in hotel b plus .But I faced minute issues like i didnt get hot water when I went for bath and some issues with tv connection .But the stay was very comfortable and cleanliness is also good thank you

AC not working and complained to concern team, but no response and saying working, worst service and hotel.

Best staff best people very safe and perfect place to spend time. Food is but expensive but it is worth for the taste. How can I get the discount

hotel ambiance was never before experience, friendly staff, easy access, pleasant environment, and room area is less or you find the the room congested with less room space for those who like spacious living style, minus thing is you won't get a fan in your room for minimal air flow for who doesn't want a AC 😄😄 and rest everything is fine
